Special Event: The Preacher's Wife

The Players have planned a special trip to the Alliance Theatre and we want you to join us! Town & Gown has procured a block of excellent seats for The Preacher’s Wife in the center balcony for the matinee on Sunday, May 26th. The price per person is $140.00, which includes brunch, transportation, and your ticket to the show. We must have your reservation request no later than Monday, May 20th.

Second Stage Proposal Deadline

Town & Gown’s Second Stage is an exciting opportunity for smaller or more experimental productions. A proposal should be submitted to the Second Stage Coordinator. This proposal must include a full production crew, information about auditions, a copy of the script, and any specific publicity requirements. Proposals for October-March Second Stage shows are due June 1.

The Hello Girls

Set during World War I, this raucous and beautiful musical tells the story of the U.S. Army’s first female telephone operators unit. Their service shattered barriers, saved lives, and paved the way for generations of women in the Armed Services. An ever-changing world is on the line–will you answer the call? Performances June 7-9 and 13-16, 2024.

The Icarus Monologues explores how stories have been twisted by their tellers, and history by its winners, through the medium of Greek gods and goddesses.
