Timelapse: Musical Theater Through the Ages
Town & Gown Players presents TIMELAPSE: MUSICAL THEATER THROUGH THE AGES. This Second Stage production is an original show, written by local drama teacher Hannah Eppling. Timelapse looks at the history of Broadway through the eyes of a former Broadway performer and her granddaughter. The audience will enjoy Broadway favorites from the early 1900’s to today. Performance numbers include tap, jazz, bellydance, and more! This show features the youth and adult musical theater companies from The Studio Athens, and several of their adult dance companies. This production features a wide variety of dance and performance styles and highlights the talents of youth as well as adults. From Oklahoma! to Six the Musical, there is something for everyone in this show!
